Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days to change your mind from after you receive your order, in order to return your goods to us.

If your order consists of multiple items or parts which are delivered on different days, then the cancellation period (in respect of your whole order) ends on the day, 14 days after the day on which the last of the items or parts are delivered to you (or a person you have nominated to receive the order).

This 14day period of return, is in addition to your statutory rights. You can still cancel an order via our contact us form and choosing the cancellation option from the drop down menu.

However, this is not necessary, providing we receive your returned items within the 14 day return period.

 

Can I cancel any item that I order?

You can cancel any item ordered online in accordance with the terms in this section apart from:

personalised or bespoke items;

If you are going to return the product , please contact us for returns information.

Only can apply for a return when the size is not matched or if you are going to exchange the products .

Only who delivered the goods by Standard Delivery ( free shipping ) must pay for returns. 

 

RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Items must not be used, worn or washed

  • Items must be in original packaging and all tags attached

  • Personalised items will not be accepted unless the text is incorrect, or the item is faulty

  • Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Items which deteriorate or expire rapidly, magazines, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons, computer games with the seal broken or any items that have been inseparably mixed after delivery, cannot be returned

  • Outlet items must not be returned
